‘Generation Nation’ is led by experienced local conservation and outdoor education practitioners, working with community partners across the Fermanagh Cavan region. It gives young people the opportunity to spend time outdoors, learn practical skills, and care for nature in a safe, supportive, and well-structured environment.
The 30-hour, cross-border programme designed for 15 –16-year-olds in the Fermanagh Cavan region. The programme supports a generation to speak up and care for nature, together by combining hands-on conservation, youth voice, and practical leadership in real local places.
Young people move through the programme as learners, explorers, and changemakers building skills, confidence, and a sense of responsibility for nature in their communities.
