Empowering Communities for Climate Change

The Fermanagh Trust and Cavan County Local Development have recognised that there is a need to enhance awareness and capacity by providing the communities in Cavan & Fermanagh with the knowledge and skills they can incorporate into their daily lives, making their communities more climate-resilient and environmentally sustainable.
Empowering communities for climate action involves engaging local communities in efforts to address climate change by providing them with the necessary resources, knowledge, and support. This approach emphasises the importance of community led initiatives and collective action to achieve sustainable and impartial solutions.
This website serves as a base for connecting communities with resources and opportunities, fostering new relationships and strengthening existing ones.
